Cute top, looks as pictured and true to size. Got a small, 5'4 125lbs, 32B in bras for reference. There's no removable padding as described. I like it without the extra padding though it could help if you want more coverage. Description should be updated for accuracy, but I like the shirt. Hopefully the stones stay on for a while and it doesn't fade too quickly.
