After ordering almost $200 worth of stuff, I didn't get the vanilla mist and called customer service to fix the problem. They tried to gaslight me into thinking that I never ordered it but I had the email receipt and the packaging slip that clearly had the mist on it. They just didn't pack it. The service member said that he would send a replacement and it's been weeks since it supposed ship date. I'm so disappointed in V.S. this was a christmas gift and now it's not going to be here in time. icon Collected by Victoria's Secret

Buying online is a nightmare

Our.online order was a real nightmare, 1st shipping attempt did not leave their warehouse, when we called they said they had a problem and we have to change some scents because they were out of stock, second attempt delivery came incomplete, when we called again they said they request a new delivery, third attempt was not shipped, when we called they said again they had a problem with the system, that I had to cancel the order, place a new one, they will waive the shipping and match the price, when I said ok, the char was closed, the new order is to being picked up at store on Christmas Day. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER buy your VS items on amazon is better icon Collected by Victoria's Secret
