This is probably my 8th time typing this complaint.... I purchased these two bras and I have purchased this exact style and size numerous times before and never had an issue. For some reason these specific two had an underwire that was sticking out, i wore it for two days each of them and started to notice major brusing around my armpits and inside my inner arm. I spoke to (i honestly cant even tell you how many) reps online chat and 3 of them said they were processing a refund. I didnt need to return the item. So I through them out. I have NEVER recieved my refund. It's beyond disappointing because I spend thousands each year. at VS and I have never returned anything or asked for a refund, but in this case when it was causing me literal pain I did. I would like a higher up to contact me. This is now been wayyyyyyyy to long. I will attach an image of the last rep who also promised me a refund and I never got it

The first thing I noticed when I removed it from the package was a strange chemical smell. The second thing I noticed was that the bra was making a creaking sound and I hadn't even put it on yet. Lol. I washed it and that took care of the smell. But it still makes too much noise for me to wear in public without feeling self-consciousness. It's a shame because it actually is a comfortable bra.
