I bought the product for my husband. He likes the scent.however this product had to be resent as the original shipper lost the product and the Victoria Secret customer service gave me a hard time when I told her the tracking was not updating and that after 2 weeks of waiting and it still hasn’t arrived the shipment was lost she said they usually don’t do anything until it’s not delivered for 3 weeks after the ship date. She eventually just replaced the product and I received it within 5 days.
