I thought they would flatten my belly and sit nice on my hips but they just cut into all the wrong places. Super unflattering and uncomfortable. They fit true to size but they just didn't look right on me. For reference: I'm 28" waist, 38" hips with a little pooch in my lower belly. I usually wear a size small in most shorts/leggins/underwear, medium/6 in skirts/pants. I prefer to wear mid rise to hide my belly.
