I bought these in multiple colors and cuts and am extremely disappointed. I have worn the same style underwear from VS for years and years in the same size. These are made differently and the bottom part is much narrower than it was before and things are coming out that shouldn’t be when i’m walking.Im not sure if it’s because the way they made them changed or what. To make matters worse, I cannot return them because I took the tags off…I didn’t think to try on underwear that i’ve been getting in the same size, style and brand for the last 8 years. Didn’t think I would need to try them on. So now i’m stuck with 10 pairs of very narrow underwear that do not fit. Very disappointed. If you’re reading this…consider sizing up or buying in store so you can see your product beforehand.

I had a terrible experience shopping online and received the wrong order. I went to the store hoping for a solution, but after waiting 45 minutes, they told me I had to call customer service myself because they couldn’t do anything about it. The attitude of the sales associate and the manager were not helpful at all. All of this happened at the store in Wellington green mall

The new redesign is awful. The material is more restrictive and not as breathable. They made them smaller with way more coverage. They feel like granny panties instead of cheekies. Very dissatisfied. These have been the only underwear I used for the last ten years but not anymore.
