Being a VS customer for years, I love most of their items. I was disappointed with this bra. I went with the 2 for deal. Measured and tried on in-store, then received a 10$ off coupon before purchase (the pink colored one only). At home, I put the grey one pictured on and it's ill fitting, tight, the cups feel smaller as well as the fabric seems of less quality. What happened to the VS I knew and loved and always wanted to buy from? Bring that back. I also had a credit card for years which was closed for non-usage (one year on non-use), yet they ask if I want to open one every time and still send me email for it. Give me better incentives and maybe I would.

the products were great as normal. my issue was that the advertised sale for panties was buy 3, get 5 free then at the time of purchase, this was not the case. it actually just took a percentage off instead of doing the correct sale. i even confirmed with the staff who helped me. who also was supposed to give a $10 off bra fitting which the cashier also said was not good on pink bras. terrible issues with the pricing and inconsistency which looks really bad for the store overall.
