I purchased 7 of these in different colors. They were all mediums. That said, not one was the same size. Laid on top of each other it was more of small, medium-ish. Only one fit nicely. I will wear until I can maybe visit a store and hold them up to compare sizing. Disappointing, I hate ill-fitting anything, especially underwear.
