I'm a guy and have been wearing thongs exclusively for years. I find they give me the best support of any type of underwear out there. The brand that fits me best has a nice front pouch, is designed for men and uses modal fabric ONLY. It's not ideal for working out / hot summer days so I've been on the hunt for years. I never thought of trying women's thongs but was recommended to try this VS seamless thong. Its made of a Polyamide, wicks moisture nicely and breathes well, exactly what I wanted! When first trying it on, it was obvious they were not designed for men. There was just no room in the front for my twig & berries. I can see this not working if your a shower & your male parts are bigger than avg. But the fabric is super soft and stretchy, so if you're about avg & wear the front lower and pull up the back, they work GREAT!! These will be my go to for working out and hot summer months!!
