I bought this one expected it to be the same as ones I have purchased in the past. Not only was the sizing not the same but the cup on the outer shell was all wrinkled and was still even after putting the bra on. The overall quality of these bras has declined over the years and they are cheaply made. I was very disappointed and won’t be buying the brand again.

The attention from your staff at least the first person I tried to get help with was deplorable. I asked if you had T shirt bras she pointed to another room and said they are all in there. I didn't dare ask for help as I was an inconvenience as it was just for asking. We customers aren't going to tolerate this customer service and tell people are still real important. Train or fire and put kpi's in place.

I bought this bra 1 week ago and the wire is already poking me. I have tried adjusting, but I was not successful. The straps also dig into my skin. If I loosen, it’s not covering. So I will not buy this style again.
