I absolutely love the Pajama I purchased! The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and it looks just as stunning as in the pictures. It truly exceeded my expectations and deserves 5 stars. However, the customer service experience fell a bit short. I kindly let the cashier know this was a gift for a really important person so she can maybe put a lit effort when packing, but the result was not even close as I hoped. It was a little frustrating, but thankfully the product itself made up for it. Overall, I would still recommend their products for the quality and style, but I hope they improve their customer service in the future. icon Collected by Victoria's Secret
