I wear a Medium in most VS products - panties, PJ's, shirts, etc.  I wanted to make sure that this item was comfortable, so I ordered it in a Large. It is skin tight. The top lace digs into my skin.  Maybe an XXL would be comfy? Unfortunately, I live abroad and picked this up on a trip my hometown to the US and can't return it. But if I lose 25 pounds in the future, maybe it'll fit.  It is very soft and I'd love to wear it...  icon Collected by Victoria's Secret
