Stays up. Doesn't make any bulging around leg holes or the top. Sometimes these types of tummy control can dig in but this does not. Everything is nice and smooth. Will keep buying more! I got a medium but might try a small. I'm 5'7, 135 lbs,

These might work for you if you have no butt and only belly. I have small waist but a round rear and full thighs. This went right up my behind and made my legs and tush look like a balloon. Most unflattering pair ever!

The color is fine but it’s too long for my torso yet a little much fabric around my behind hence the panty lines. The “butt lift” design around the butt is weird. I would have preferred a regular high waisted underwear.
