I was impressed with the seamless shaping mid-rise short. It stayed up all night while I was wearing it. It came up just under my bra & didn't move until I removed it. It did not prevent me from breathing and it did not dig into my thighs. It smoothed out my stomach, making my shape seamless under my dress. Material is soft & comfortable.
