I weigh 160lbs for reference. Measuring around the hips I am 38” with a measuring tape and measuring around the booty 39 1/2” and I bought a XL. They fit just right, not too tight and not too loose but verrryyy comfortable for lounging and sleeping. When buying the bikini underwear I recommend checking the description for it to say midrise not low rise. The mid rise sit just high enough especially if you have even the smallest pudge down there. Honestly I could size down to a L but then they wouldn't be as relaxing. Please don't judge my photo just want to help others find their size with the same body shape.

I like to wear cotton panties at bedtime and decided to stop in and grab some from Victoria’s Secret. Very disappointed! Washed them and the elastic around the legs and waist look like they are old and stretched out. Fabric is very thin. They are not made like they use to be. I will keep buying better quality and not shopping VS.

I cannot tolerate tightness around my legs and waist, but going up an additional size or two leaves gaps or creeping. I'm normally a medium or large, but the XL fit perfectly even after washing. I do have L sizes but they do shrink up over time, but the XL will allow some room for shrinking, if needed. So far I'm a happy camper!
