These are definitely true to size. I am between 5’7-5’8 and fluctuate between 160-163lbs. I prefer cotton underwear because they are breathable and best material to wear.

Love these , after a recent surgery I needed a soft cotton underwear that didn't have any webbing/ nylon over my incision. My wife suggested I try a pair she had and I love them . The high leg design has the waist band above my incision and the soft cotton fabric is very comfortable against my incision. I bought 7 pairs, I may never go back to my tightly whitey manly undies !
