after 6 weeks i was free to wear a sports bra of my choosing and this one was perfect.

It’s comfortable, lightweight, not bulky at all. BUT is it truly high impact, my verdict is no. Here’s why: I do HITT work outs, so when I drop down to do plank jumps or burpees, my boobs try to escape from the top. Because there’s isn’t a panel on the top to control bounce or even if the neck line was higher would be helpful. Also there’s no wire, which why it’s comfortable but at the expense of less bounce control. It’s great for medium impact, maybe like dancing, or bike riding, elliptical. Also this runs small, I have to go a size down compared to other VS bras .
